Curriculum Requirements
- All CCA member schools are public online schools. As such, they are funded by state tax dollars and utilize curriculum that is aligned with the Colorado Model Content Standards. Each CCA member school is accredited by the district that authorizes it or, in the case of some schools, the Charter School Institute, which is an authorizer with the same oversight responsibilities as a school district. Each CCA member school reviews, evaluates and selects curriculum that it considers to be the best fit for the students whom it serves.
